Adult programs (Ages 12 & Up)

Whether you are 12 or 65, we offer specific Adult Classes that are sure to help you achieve your goals. We have students of all ages that realize that one can never be too old to begin their martial arts journey and immediately enjoy the benefits that our program offers. Our specialized Adult Program offers complete martial arts curriculum including Protech weapons training, self-defense, fitness, and fun!
